nihilus.ca is a public marketing and listening site. It does not create user accounts or passwords.

What this site does

It serves pages, images, and audio previews. Basic server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) may be kept briefly by hosting for security and reliability.

Payments and donations

Donations and album download tokens are handled on nihilus.dev. That site's privacy notice and donation terms apply there. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never ask for card numbers on nihilus.ca.

Sell or share your data with advertisers.
Build tracking profiles for ads on this site.

nihilus.ca is operated by BlurpleTech Inc (British Columbia). Related NIHILUS software and donation tooling are also operated under BlurpleTech with the band's permission.
