These terms apply to nihilus.ca.
1. The site
nihilus.ca is the public band site for NIHILUS, a Canadian extreme technical nu-death metal band. The website is operated by BlurpleTech Inc (British Columbia). BlurpleTech provides web and software services for the NIHILUS projects at no charge. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. Music and ownership
Band music on this site is presented with permission. The recordings and related music rights remain with the band creator and rights holders. BlurpleTech facilitates hosting, playback, and related services. It does not claim ownership of the music by operating this site.
Reference previews and streams on this site are for personal listening. Do not scrape, redistribute, or rehost the audio files.
3. Software and related sites
Free music tools and donation-gated album downloads live on nihilus.dev. The live performance chain lives on nihilus.app. Those sites have their own terms. Software there is public beta and provided as-is.
4. Donations
Donations are accepted on nihilus.dev, not on this page. They are processed by BlurpleTech Inc with the band's permission and support free tools plus band work. See the donation terms on .dev.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape abusively, or misuse this site. Do not post or link illegal content through any contact channels we publish. We may remove content and block abusive traffic.
6. Liability
The site and linked services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the NIHILUS sites change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
